No. We have a wide variety of options available in the area surrounding our school.
This is a fully intensive boot camp commitment. Apart from the class hours there is alot of extra time needed to build products, research and improve your skills. We would not recommend trying to work at the same time as taking this course.

Application

You must be over 18 years of age. No other prior knowledge or qualifications are required. We recommend that you try some of the free coding tutorials widely available on the internet to get a basic understanding of what coding involves.
Great. We focus on modern languages and current employer needs. Your past experience will be useful in understanding the theory and logic- we will combine this with modern applications and frameworks to get you job ready.
Yes. You should consult an education agent to arrange a student visa.

A student services officer will contact you within 7 days of your application. All applicants will be screened by the student services officer via a telephone interview or a skype video call. If you are successful you will be sent an offer letter via email.
Yes. We currently have a ‘Women in Front’ scholarship that enables 1 (one) lucky female for each class to receive 80% of their tuition fees via scholarship. Check the details on the scholarship section of our website.

Preparation

Yes- there are lots of pre-course on-line tutorials that will help you. We will provide a,list of these to you once your application stage is complete.
No. You will need to bring your own device. We recommend a laptop that is 2011 or newer with at least 4GB of RAM and 128GB hard drive. We support Windows but you will have a much better experience with a Mac or Linux.
We will provide all the software you require and it is all open source/free.
Just make sure you are comfortable and relaxed.

You can download a detailed curriculum from our website. This is a hands on face to face program where you will be focussing on building applications and solving problems.
No. Our instructors act as guides who help you navigate the many paths to learning software development that are available. We enrol many students who have previously tries to learn on-line but need regular face to face contact to succeed.
We focus on the most current web application languages and frameworks that are being used by startups, large corporates and general industry. Our curriculum includes HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails, React and Node JS
Our classes run from 10am to 5pm per day- Monday-Friday. You are expected to attend 100% of the time unless you are ill or have a major commitment preventing you from attending.
Most of the course is assessed via project work but there are some short tests within the course to ensure your basic competency.

internship

The internship is for approximately 1 month (4 weeks). We source the employer and it may be conducted in-person or remotely if it is an international employer. It is a full time commitment and may/may not be paid depending on the employer.
A wide variety of agencies, software development firms or other companies with technical needs require interns.These may be located in The Philippines or other countries such as Australia, US.
Yes . You must successfully complete the internship to graduate from the course.
The employer is given a feedback form and interviewed about your attitude, technical competency and general work behaviour.

employment

No. However we have great employer connections with a range of companies in The Philippines, Australia and USA. We work with you to help you achieve your career goals.
It varies greatly depending on which country you work in. For Australia it is $45,000 US per year, for The Philippines it is $4000 US per year
